• It is the policy of Koru Esthétiques that no private information, (name, address, or emails) be shared with any third party organizations, rented or sold. At Koru Esthétiques we respect your privacy, and use your information strictly for the purpose stated during your consultation.
• Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may schedule others. There may be a charge for missed appointments. Deposits may be required during the Christmas and New Year season.
• If you are running 15 minutes or later for your appointment we suggest you give a call as the service may have to be rescheduled.
• The Koru Esthétiques team is committed to keeping up with continuous education in service product techniques and equipment, hygiene, sanitization and cleanliness. Please help us by not smoking to maintain a healthy environment.
• Our scheduling is designed to allow correct amount of time for each service and customer. Please help us by arriving on time. When possible, arrive 10 minutes early and relax with a complimentary herbal tea or coffee.
• For massage, we can provide you with disposable underwear or if you prefer, you can remain with your underwear.
Our professional masseuse is trained to appropriately drape you with towels or sheets at all times during the service to protect your privacy. As explained above, for your safety, sterilization and sanitation is our priority. We ask that you please shower before a massage session.
• Please disclose any medical conditions and/or medication that you are taking, as some services may be contraindicated.
If you are using Retin A, Glycolic products or acne medication, please inform us before having any facial waxing.
• We love children and don't like to see them refrain from their natural movements and freedom of expression. However, the Beauty Salon is not an environment appropriate for them.
A curious child may disturb the quite and relaxed atmosphere that is essential to the success of your treatment.
For the comfort of all, we ask that you keep your child at bay whilst visiting the Beauty Salon.
• Although we do not offer services to children in the beauty salon, they are welcome to come at the KE Hair Lounge if accompanied by an adult or for hair services.
• For your own relaxation during facial or massage, we would ask you to please turn off mobile phones
